MTC Chemicals has been committed to providing the most effective cleaning procedures for removing carbon from the intake valves, the combustion chamber and cleaning fuel injectors since 1990. Most important, our procedure reduces emissions that are killing us. An informal test has indicated that the MTC Two Stage System, in addition to cleaning the throttle body, allows 80% of the vehicles, that previously failed the Arizona emission test, to pass. Our procedure was a high ranking member of the 1996, 1997, General Motors tests at the Milford, MI. proving grounds. Two important parts of this test were to show the necessity for this service and the safety in performing. MTC never uses chemicals that would damage any component of the fuel system. Additionally we have procedures for carburetored vehicles. We specialize in fuel system maintenance. This includes removing carbon from the intake valves and the combustion chamber. The cauliflower carbon soaks up the mist of fuel being injected into the cylinder. This causes symptoms associated with cold engine operation. Carbon buildup causes detonation which causes Nox. This is the deadliest of the emission gases. Nox is also caused by restricted injectors that have deposits which diverts the spray pattern from its normal course. Anything that increases the combustion chamber temperature is a contributor to the Nox as well.


Since our beginning these chemicals and procedures have been developed in field tests and laboratory conditions. Our belief is to uncover the problems and solve them to customer satisfaction.

We are adding to our line of equipment in 2009. We have since the begriming manufactured our own equipment to professionally clean fuel injectors and remove carbon. In addition to the equipment to deliver the aerosol pressured cleaners, we manufacture single canisters and dual canisters for the non-aerosol delivery of the cleaners into the fuel rail. The dual canisters make it possible to deliver the rail cleaners while delivering the induction cleaner into the air intake. Now we are manufacturing brake bleeders/flushers, power steering flushing equipment, coolant exchangers and a new concept transmission flusher. This new design is extremely fast and can flush with low pressures. This machine always knows where to send the old fluid no matter which direction it is connected.
